Making A Purchase Prices exclude VAT which is shown separately at Checkout. Postage depends on order value and the cost is clearly displayed before you complete your order. Overseas customers, please request a quotation including shipping.
Only Registered Wholesale Customers may buy online. A username and login is supplied after completing our Application Form available here. You agree that your login details are strictly confidential and will not be passed to any other party.
To buy any of our products, just browse our Online Catalog, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your Shopping Cart. After making your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need before we can satisfy the order.
You can correct any mistakes , e.g. change the product or quantity, or delete items, by viewing your Shopping Cart and making any changes there. You are only committed to order any item after completing our Checkout process, when a Receipt will be displayed that you can print for your records. You will receive an E-mail acknowledgement from us detailing your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order and is for your information only.
Your goods will be booked to your account (if credit terms have been agreed), otherwise payment is accepted by debit or credit card. You may also order via phone or snail mail. A VAT Invoice will be sent separately on day of shipment.

Shipping And Handling Goods are sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery. UK Postage is charged on each order as follows:
Orders value up to £10.00 : £3.95
£10.01 to £50.00 : £5.00
£50.01 to £100.00 : £6.95
£100.01 to £250.00 : £8.00
Over £250.00 : £11.00
VAT is applicable to the above costs. |
| Delivery Schedule We will despatch your order same day where possible. For urgent orders it is best to call us to check stocks and confirm delivery. Extra postage charges may apply for Next Day courier delivery. |
| Back Orders Most items are held in stock but if any items are not available, we will back order for you. You will always be offered the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, back orders will be invoiced at time of delivery. |
